Residential houses “Kv. Virknalen” in the Hyllie district of Malmö, Sweden

Project scope: 2 residential houses with 142 apartments.
It is a complex of two dwellings, comprising 142 apartments with 1-5 rooms with a kitchen and balconies. The house has courtyards, environmentally friendly solar cells are integrated on the roofs.
The project is built in a very convenient location – there is a park next to it, convenient access, all the necessary services – airport, entertainment and shopping centers, schools.
During the project, we implemented the following works: concrete, installation of reinforced concrete structures, installation of roofs, ventilated facades, gypsum partitions, installation of collars, kitchen furniture, doors and windows.
