Droppen 1 residential area in Malmö, Sweden

Project scope: 2 residential houses with 149 apartments.
Droppen 1 is located in a quiet and convenient location – near the park, next to the bus and train station is built 2 residential apartment complex, consisting of 149 apartments with 1-5 rooms.
The apartments have a public bathroom and a stairwell bike storage room. The house has green, planted roofs that improve the microclimate. Convenient access, easy access to all the most necessary services – shopping and entertainment centers, shops.
During the project, we implemented the following works: concrete, installation of reinforced concrete structures, installation of roofs, ventilated facades, gypsum partitions, installation of collars, kitchen furniture, doors and windows.
