If many construction projects could easily be classified as average, Brf Neo Davidshall in central Malmo is a beautiful exception. The architecture of the old police building will be preserved with love and simultaneously renewed, and three matching buildings will be erected in the courtyard of a distinct character.
You not only need courage to create something new but also thorough preparation and the ability to envision something that does not yet exist. Creating the housing of one’s dreams using your intuition. We refer to the building next to Davidshall Square as House A, the one next to Verkstads Street – as House B. The new buildings in the courtyard are called C, D, and E.
We will carry out the following works within the project: installation of balconies, patios, and roof terraces, plastering works, installation of plaster walls and ceilings, restoration of old doors, installation of kitchen furniture and other wood articles.
