In the growing part of Malmo City, Hyllie, MKB Fastighets AB is building two new apartment buildings in the central part of the Magne city block, near Hyllie Alley. Both of the block’s new buildings will contain 105 apartments with 1 to 4 rooms and kitchens and three commercial premises. The total living space will occupy 9,000 sq. m. One of the buildings is a L-shaped six floor building with rooms on the ground floor and is situated next to two main streets. The second building is situated within a four-floor city block next to Tors Gränd.
We will carry out the following works within the project: concrete works, installation of reinforced concrete structures, installation of the roof, ventilated facades, plaster walls, edgings, kitchen furniture, doors and windows, façade masonry.
