In a residential area in central Lund, near the beautiful city park, the so-called “Skatteskrapan” is being rebuilt into 126 rooms, of which 80 will be student rooms and 46 rental rooms.
A new housing concept is being implemented with car-free housing, where residents have access to both a car and bicycle parking. The basement and entrance level will consist of user-friendly and generous bicycle parking as well as bicycle storage with opportunities for maintenance and service. Also, generous laundry rooms will be available.
The new name of the house will be “Cykelskrapan”. The project starts immediately, and occupancy is estimated for September 2024.
During the project, we will implement the following works: installation of plaster partitions, installation of borders, kitchen furniture, doors and windows.
